Five connected services that together form a single accountable custody arrangement for high-value assets.
We accept gold and other precious metals, raw and processed minerals, and cut or uncut gemstones into private custody. Each holding is entered as its own custody record with the asset type, category, quantity, weight and identification references documented on receipt.
Assets are held in controlled storage under an internal storage reference. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and every handling action is recorded against the custody record.
Documentation is part of custody, not an afterthought. Each record can carry a custody certificate, storage receipt, verification report and any supporting asset documentation, all attached to that record's tracking number.
Your tracking number is the key to your record. It returns the current custody status, the complete dated update history and the documents issued for that asset — and nothing belonging to anyone else.
Release is a controlled process. When an asset is ready to leave custody, the record is moved to a release-ready status and the release is documented with its date, authority and supporting paperwork.
