A custody company, not a courier
Canon Fire Security Company exists to hold high-value assets safely and to account for them precisely. Our work begins when an asset is placed in our care and continues until it is formally released.
Who we are
We are a private custody and secure storage company based in Bristol, United Kingdom. Our clients place gold, precious metals, raw minerals and gemstones with us when those assets need controlled storage, formal documentation and a clear, accountable record of custody.
Each asset accepted into custody is entered as a single custody record with its own permanent tracking number. That record carries the asset description, the condition noted on receipt, its verification and storage status, and every update made to it over time.
We do not transport, ship or deliver goods, and we do not act as a courier. Our responsibility is custody: secure holding, accurate documentation and controlled release to the authorised holder of the record.
Documentation as standard
A custody record is only complete when the asset details, condition and supporting documents are captured and attached to its tracking number.
Private treatment
Client holdings are treated as confidential. Records are disclosed only to the client who holds them.

Operations are run from our Bristol premises at 21 Broad Street, Bristol BS1 2HG, United Kingdom.
How we work
Deliberate, documented, reviewable
Custody is a sequence of controlled steps. An asset is received and checked, its details are documented, it is placed into secure storage under an internal reference, and its status is kept current for the client who owns the record.
Release happens only as an authorised, recorded action. Nothing leaves custody informally.
