How it works

Register · Verify · Secure · Track

Custody follows the same disciplined sequence for every asset we accept, so its position and history are always documented.

01

Register

You submit a secure storage request with the asset details. We open a custody record for you and confirm what we can accept into custody.

  • A customer record is created with your contact and reference details.
  • A custody record is opened and its tracking number is generated automatically by the system.
  • The tracking number is permanent: it is never edited, reissued or reused.
02

Verify

When the asset arrives, it is examined against the submitted details. Quantity, weight, identification references and condition are documented.

  • Status moves through Received and Under Verification.
  • Verification findings are added to the record's update history.
  • Supporting documents are attached to the record.
03

Secure

The verified asset is placed into controlled storage under an internal storage reference and the custody status is updated accordingly.

  • Status moves through Verified, Secured and In Storage.
  • The storage reference is internal and recorded against your record.
  • Any later movement is added as a new update, never as an edit.
04

Track

You use your tracking number in the customer portal to see the current status, the complete update history and the documents issued for your record.

  • Exact-match lookup on your own tracking number.
  • Dated update history in chronological order.
  • Downloadable documents tied to that record alone.
